Candidates for our network complete skills assessments specific to their channel or discipline to ensure they have the baseline of skills that their experience would justify.

Interview for Presence

Candidates that pass the skills assessment are then run though multiple video interviews to ensure strong communication and presentation skills, as well as better understand their industry-specific experience to ensure the best possible match.

Test Work Output

1 in 4 initial candidates make it through skills assessment and interview screens.  They then are engaged in a paid project for a current client (at no cost to the client) during which they deliver a sample work product and are reviewed by our current network experts for knowledge and delivery ability.

Onboard to Network

For the 1 in 3 candidates that complete a successful test project, we onboard them and bring them into a client where their industry experience and personality are a perfect fit.
